 What an impressive birthday cake!  I hope she doesn't drop it.

I have used digital papers from Lozzy.  The image is from Fred She Said.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I also added some flower embellishments.

I rotated the sketch from Cheerful Sketches to suit the image I chose to use:
