I have used a digital paper for the background (source unknown).  The image is from Createful Heart Design and the sentiment is typed on the computer.  Colouring is with copic markers.  The strip and circles have been cut from paper that I used my Gelli Plate to create.

I am so glad that I was feeling up to joining in this week as I have missed a couple of weeks.  May was pretty much a write off for me but fortunately I am now feeling much better and more energised.
