 Our weather has been a bit temperamental today.  We started the day with overcast skies but now have blue skies but the wind has picked up significantly from this morning.

I have used a digital paper from Lozzy.  The image and sentiment are from From The Heart Stamps.  Colouring is with copic markers.  Inking is with Distress Ink (Shabby Shutters).  I also added Glossy Accents to the balloon.   I used some blue satin ribbon and some star stickers.
