Glad To See You're So Well Preserved

 I had a lot of fun with this card.

I have used a paper from a Kaisercraft paper pad.  The image is from Dr Digi's House of Stamps and the sentiment is from Scrap Happy Paper Crafter.  Colouring is with copic markers.  The "Birthday" sentiment is from an ephemera pack.
