I have used a digital paper from Lozzy. The image/sentiment panel is from QKR Stampede. Colouring is with copic markers, Wink of Stella and Kindy Glitz. I also added some mesh ribbon, a metallic sticker and two glitter domes.
Love the country look this snow-fellow has Suze, his corncob pipe and cowboy hat are awesome! I also like the border around the image panel... and the glitter is a nice touch too.
