I have used a background paper from a paper pad. The image is Ballerina Kitty from Digi Darla. The sentiment is from Create with TLC. I die-cut both the image and matting with Spellbinders dies and then rounded the corners to soften it a bit. The sentiment has also been die-cut with a Spellbinders die. Colouring is with copic markers in the RV range plus C1 and C3.
