Good Luck
Time for a new challenge at Scribbles Designs and for this month we are focussing on "Good Luck". I have used Brrr-ubbles and Good Luck. I have only used part of the Good Luck sentiment which Sandy kindly did up for me.
I also used a paper from MultiCraft. I added some blue ric-rac from American Crafts and some light blue rhinestones. Matting is with blue pearlescent paper.
