I'm not sure whether I am going to use this as an Anniversary Card - or save it for Valentines.

I have used a paper from a paper pad by American Crafts.  I added some wide washi tape across the card.  The puffy sticker heart is from Pebbles.  The image and sentiment are from Polka Doodles and coloured with copic markers.  I inked the edge of the sentiment with Distress Ink - Spun Sugar.  Both the image and sentiment have been die-cut with dies from Spellbinders.  I also added some pink pearls from Rosie's Studio.
