I have used Coffee and Celebrate from Words.
I also used a paper from an antique themed paper pad. I sprayed a doily with Dylusions Ink and put this behind the fussy-cut image. The sentiment has been printed on to white cardstock then sprayed with the same Dylusions Ink before die-cutting with a pennant die from Spellbinders. I also added some pearls from Rosie's Studio.
