You make me smile

This card was inspired by the current weather we are having - winter rain and more winter rain!  Gotta have something to smile about with such miserable weather!

I have used a paper, border and toppers from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  I layered these over each other.  I added some pearls to one topper and some rhinestones to the upper topper.  The image is from Lacy Sunshine and has been coloured with copic markers.
