I have used a digital paper from Gecko Galz.  The image is also from Gecko Galz and the sentiment is a clear stamp (source unknown).  I added some Wink of Stella to the headband and some of the roses.  I also added some flower stickers, some organza ribbon and some coloured leather shoestring.
