Happy Birthday

 This fortnight at Incy Wincy Designs, our challenge for you is Borders and/or Bright Colours.  Our sponsor for this challenge is Sheepski Designs.


I have used an image from Sheepski Designs called Happy Birthday.


I also used a digital paper   Colouring is with fluorescent copic markers.  After colouring the balloons I added some Glossy Accents to give the balloons a more realistic look.  I also added some purple polka dot ribbon and three pink glitter gems.
