I have used a digital paper from Lozzy.  The image is from Beccy's Place and the sentiments are from my Awaiting Crafting boxes (neither had the source written on them and I haven't been able to find them in my computer files).  Colouring is with copic markers.  I added some satin ribbon and some gemstones.
