I have used a digital paper from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles. The image is from Sheepski Designs. I added some organza ribbon and some twine. I changed the bow to a sentiment.
This is the sketch that I followed:
You did a fabulous job working from the sketch Suze, I love your design. The glitter paper is awesome and adds just the right amount of sparkle... I love that it's also reflected in the background paper. Love the contrast between the ribbon and the string too.
