I have used a polka dotted paper from Kaisercraft for the background along with an offcut of a striped paper (also from Kaisercraft).  I matted with dark brown cardstock throughout.    The image is from Polka Doodles and has been coloured in copic markers YR23, E00, E49, E47, B99, B97.
