I have used a spotted paper from Kaisercraft for the background. I added some striped washi tape as a border. The image is from Lacy Sunshine and has been coloured with copic markers. I also added some Stickles to the bow in Eleanor's hair - thought she deserved it for her birthday! I matted using some cardstock from DCWV and added some aqua coloured pearls from Rosie's Studio.
