Friends Forever

I wanted to keep this card fairly CAS.  I found some wood effect washi tape which was perfect for framing the tree:

I have used a black patterned paper from Kaisercraft for the background.  The image is from Eureka Stamps.  I have added a sentiment from  Paper Dreams of Mine.  I edged the image with wood effect washi tape.
