I have used a paper from a paper pad by MME.  The image is from Delicious Doodles and is coloured with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.  The digital sentiment is from Desert Diva.  Matting is blue cardstock.  I added some butterfly stickers and a yellow button from a jar of buttons that I purchased today.
