Happy Birthday

I couldn't decide what sentiment to put with this image - and in the end settled on Happy Birthday!  I had this image printed for a while so I am on track for using some of my pre-printed images this year!

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Authentique.  I added a paper strip and some silver brads - both of which were purchased last week.  The image is from Dr Digi's House of Stamps and has been coloured with copic markers.  Matting is black cardstock.  The sentiment has been typed on my computer.
