I have used a couple of offcut pieces of patterned paper. I covered the join with some glitter ribbon. The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and is coloured with copic markers and Kindy Glitz. I matted with some gold metallic paper and added three gold pearls from Rosies Studio (although they haven't photographed gold!)
