It is time for a new Anything Goes Challenge at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends.
I have used an image from A Day For Daisies called Dance Time.
I also used some papers from Michele R Designs. Matting is pink pearlescent paper. Colouring is with copic markers. I diecut a pennant, some flowers, flower centres and leaves from some scrap pieces of glitter cardstock. I added some dots to the pennant strip using a Reno Art Marker.
