I have used a digital paper from Create with TLC.  The images are from Drawn By Krista.  Colouring is wth copic markers and Wink Of Stella.  I also added some kraft washi tape across the card to follow the lines in the sketch.  The centre sticker is from one sheet of stickers and the other two are from a different sheet.

Sketch

I've combined pinks and browns for this card - and managed to use up some offcut pieces in the process.

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Rosie's Studio.  I'm not sure of the brand of the two contrast pieces.  The image is from Drawn with Krista and has been coloured with copic markers.  I also used a strip of corrugated paper.
