I struggled to decide what to do with this month's Progressive Freebie image at The Outlawz.  I finally decided that I would use both images

The paper is from a paper pad by DCWV (I think - it is a really old paper pad that has lost it's cover).  The images are both supplied with the challenge at The Outlawz.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I also added some Glossy Accents to their shields.

I wanted to keep the rule of 3 with the embellishments but couldn't figure out where to put the third one.  I was inspired by the way her hands were held to add it as though she was holding it.

I have used a digital paper, image and sentiment from Gecko Galz.  I die-cut the word "Happy" three times using a die from Tattered Lace, then layered the dies to create a layered sentiment.  Colouring is with copic markers and Wink of Stella with some Glossy Accents added to the flower centres.  I also added a piece of washi tape.

I'm hoping for some sunshine today as it has been several days of rain.  It isn't quite sunrise at the time I'm typing this so I'm not sure what sort of day we are in for.

Birthday

It is the start of March - and the start of the latest challenge at Incy Wincy Designs.  The themes for March are Birthday and/or Funny/Humourous.
