Poinsettia

It is a long while since I've created anything with an image from Eureka Stamps.  I spotted a challenge being sponsored by Eureka Stamps and figured it was a good chance to use one of the images I had already printed out!

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:
The Crafters Cafe - Red, Green and White

QKR Stampede - Anything Goes
http://qkrstampede.blogspot.co.nz/2018/01/qkr-stampede-challenge-277-anything-goes.html

I have used a paper from a christmas paper pad by Sugar and Spice Studio.  The image is from Eureka Stamps and is coloured with copic markers and Wink Of Stella Pen.  I triple matted the image using green foil card, white cardstock and red cardstock.  I also added some red, green and white buttons.  There is a piece of white mesh ribbon under the image too.

Until Further Notice Celebrate Everything

We are at the start of a New Year and we have an exciting line up of challenges for 2018 at Path Of Positivity.  For January, we have a theme of Shades of Blue.  For me, blue is a colour that I associate with water.  My life revolves arounds swimming so water is very special to me.  This month, our challenge is sponsored by Décosse's Dynamite Doodles and Scribbles Designs.

For the start of this challenge, I have used a paper from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles and an image called Brrr Clock and sentiment  from Scribbles Designs.

I have also used some gems, a strip of blue mesh ribbon, a bluebird sticker and blue cardstock for matting.  Colouring is copic markers.  I added Glossy Accents to the clock face.

Merry Christmas

This is my first challenge on a new Design Team.  The weekly challenge at CHNC hasn't had a Design Team before and I'm excited to be on this team.  The optional theme for this challenge is Upcycle or Use something Old.  My something old are my background paper and the lace.

I have used an image and a sentiment from Bugaboo Stamps.  Colouring is with copic markers.  The paper is from a christmas paper pad by MME.  I also added some lace, and some pearls.

Christmas Wishes

Since I wrote my previous post, the sky has turned out bluer.  I'm hoping that we can get through the 6th January with no rain (the first rain-free day of the year!).  We'll see!  The one thing with all the rain we have had is that instead of being out enjoying the sunshine, I am crafting and managing to join in with some challenges that I haven't had the time to participate in for some time.

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:
Imagine That - December Creative Link Up

Holly And Ivy - Anything Christmas
http://thehollyandivychristmaschallenge.blogspot.co.nz/2017/12/challenge-21-anything-christmas-goes.html

I have used a paper from a christmas paper pad.  The image and sentiment are from Imagine That.  Colouring is with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.  Matting is yellow cardstock.  I also added some pale yellow gemstones and some yellow satin ribbon.

Look Around And See Beauty

We are now 6 days into 2018 and so far it is rained the first five - and is very dark in the sky at the moment so likely to rain again today.  That wouldn't be so bad if I lived in the Northern Hemisphere!

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:
Catch The Bug - BINGO (Twine + 2 images merged +  blue)

The Corrosive Challenge - Anything Goes
http://corrosivechallengesbyjanet.blogspot.co.nz/2017/12/challenge-12-december-anything-goes.html

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Bo Bunny.  I added some twine over some corrugated paper strip.  The image and sentiment are both from Bugaboo Stamps and coloured with copic markers.  I also added some blue shaped gems.

Happy New Year

I thought a silver glittery dress was just the thing for a New Year's party.  Shame I don't own one but this one looks good on Dottie.

I would like to enter these challenges:
Catch The Bug - BINGO (texture + Bugaboo Image + no patterned paper)

The Outlawz Friday Challenge - Happy New Year

I have used a stencil and some Nuvo Glimmer Paste to create the starry background.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and is coloured with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.
