I have used a paper from Provo Craft for the background.  The image is from Milk Coffee and is coloured with copic markers.  I have added some stitching around the edge of the Spellbinder die-cut using a Distress Marker - Faded Jeans.   I added some organza ribbon, white pearls and a sentiment.
