Path of Positivity - Joy

It's time for another challenge at Path Of Positivity.  For this challenge the theme is Joy.  I find joy in listening to music - it can be so uplifting at times and calming at others.  Both my children have played in bands - one in a Brass Band and the other in a Symphonic Band.  This quote with it's musical instrument appealed to me and really represented the joyfulness that I find in music.

I have used a template from Quick Cards magazine for a Double Dutch Card.  I covered the template in paper from My Grafico.  The image is from Fresh Brewed Designs and the pre-coloured sentiment from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles.   I coloured the image with copic markers and added some Stickles.

Back to the Path of Positivity Challenge, this month, prizes will be the following:

    • Ten digital images from Creative Bug Digitals, for the person out of the top seven who receives the most votes during voting week.
    • Three digital images from Ike's World  for the post or project that the DT deems most inspiring of the bunch.
    • Three images from Fresh Brewed Designs, this month's guest sponsor, for a person chosen in a random draw based on all entrants.
    • One digital designer paper from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles for one lucky voter who leaves a comment.
    • One digital sentiment for every single person who enters the challenge.

      I agree. Music is such a wonderful way to worship and be reminded of how much He loves us! Music means so much to me being a praise team leader at our church. So much can be said / done through song. Thank you for sharing that part of your heart. I LOVE this card. The fold is so unique. Love the sheet music paper and the soft coloring on the image. So happy to be the sponsor for POP this month.

      Thank goodness for an archive button. But holy Hannah Banana you were busy in December. How many cards did you create??!! I can't get more than about 10 a month done and it looks like you made about 60! Okay maybe not 60, but an awful lot, anyways!

      Very interesting card fold this month. I haven't seen that before. You did a beautiful job showcasing Heather's image and my quote. I love your choice of paper. There is just something so special in music. Thanks for sharing how music brings you joy! Wouldn't it be great if more people talked about the things that bring them joy or the things that make them grateful or happy? What a positively positive bloggy world it would be!
