I have used a paper from MME.  The image is from Di's Digital Downloads and has been coloured with copic markers.  The die-cut is a Spellbinders Labels Die.  I matted using some soft blue glitter cardstock from DCWV.  I then decided I would add some Stickles - Crystal to give the image a bit of sparkle to represent snow.  The sentiment is from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles.  I added some Stickles - Pink to the sentiment.
