I have used a paper from Provo Craft for the background.  I have added some red mesh ribbon for texture.  The image is from Stitchy Bear and coloured with copic markers plus the addition of Stickles - Pink to add some glitziness to her bodice and hair ties.  The sentiment is from Bird's Cards.  I used a Distress Marker - Pine Needles to add some faux stitching and also some green pearls.
