I have used a paper from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles for the background of this card.  The image is from Lacy Sunshine and coloured with copic markers W3, W1, E35, E31, B29, B24, B000, G99, E29, E25, Y03, E000.  I also added Stickles - Star Dust to all the snowflakes.  The matting and snowflake are from silver metallic paper.  The snowflake is a Spellbinder die.
