I have used a paper from Kaisercraft for the background as well as some wide red mesh ribbon. The image is from Sami Stamps and I added a sentiment from Digi Doodles to it. The colouring is with copic markers with Stickles - Pink over the top of the ribbon. Not quite sure why this colour is called pink as it looks more like burgundy to me! Anyway, back to the card - I have also added three red glitter domes.
