I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Eureka Stamps and coloured with copic markers and Distress Marker.  I added some Stickles - Star Dust to the largest heart flower.  I popped the image up above the card and then added some strips of white glitter tape from American Crafts.  Simple but effective.
