I was wanting to participate in the challenge at De Creatieve Zebra but couldn't find an image for the sketch.  I recieved this image in the past hour and knew it was what I was looking for!  A bit tight on time but it is finished:

I have used two papers from a paper pack called Sweet Memories.  The border and flowers have been cut from metallic paper.  The border using a Martha Stewart Eyelet Lace Border punch and the flowers using Mariannes Creatables dies.

The ribbon is a satin ribbon from my stash and the bow has been created with the assistance of a Bow Maker!  The image is from Heather Valentin (Lacy Sunshine) and has been coloured with copic markers. I outline coloured the otters to give a better impression of them sitting in water.  Colours used are RV04, RV000, RV10, E11, G02, G000 and B000.
