Happy Mother's Day

I figured the only way that I was going to get a card for Mother's Day was to make it myself!  It worked for my birthday last year so hopefully will work again this time.  Only this time there aren't as many to choose from!  I chose an owl image as my son likes owls and is likely to be drawn to this card!

I have used an owl image from Pink Gem Designs called Mother Owl as the starting point for this card.  The background paper is from a paper pad by Authentique.  The heart embellishment is a Marianne's Designs die.  The sentiment comes from a pack of pre-printed sentiments that came free with a magazine.
