I have used papers from MME (pennants) and another from my stash (background).  The images are both from Whoopsi Daisy - sheets 280 and 370.  I have coloured using copic markers YR07, YR04, R59, YG67, Y02, E00, E15.  The glitter tape is from American Crafts and the die used for the pennants is a Spellbinders one.
