I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft called Blast Off.  The image comes from Mazy Art and is fan art.  The sentiment I typed up on the computer myself.  Die-cutting is with Spellbinders dies.  The glitter tape is from American Crafts and the rhinestones from Sullivans.
