I have used an embossing folder from Darice (one that I received as a prize in The Butterfly Challenge). The image is from Gerda Steiner and the sentiment is from Desert Diva. Colouring is with copic markers. I also added Glossy Accents to the balloon.
This is cute. What a fun way to measure birthdays with the embossed rulers in the background
