I have used a background paper from MME.  The image is from Anne's Cards 4 U as part of The Outlawz CFC Challenge.  I have coloured the image using copic markers G02, G000, BV13, Y11.  I used some mount tape to raise the image up. The mint green grosgrain ribbon is from American Crafts.  Sentiment is from Netty's Cards.   I have also added a glitter dome for a bit more dimension.
