I have used a background paper from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles for this card.  I cut the piece of red mesh ribbon in half so it wasn't as wide.  The image is from Meljens Designs Studio and coloured with copic markers R59, E08, R27, B29, B23, B39, BV17, E00.  The matting is blue cardstock from Bazill's Basics.  I have also added three red pearls.
