To The Beach

A very crisp clean red and blue colour scheme:

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Scribbles Designs - Celebrate the Nation (NZ)
http://scribblesdesignschallenge.blogspot.co.nz/2013/07/scribbles-designs-challenge-7-celebrate.html
Sentimental Sundays - You've Been Framed
http://sentimentalsundays.blogspot.co.nz/2013/07/challenge-163-youve-been-framed.html

I have added some blue spotted grosgrain ribbon plus some red and white grosgrain ribbon to a white card blank.  Both ribbons are from American Crafts.  Across the middle I have added a rhinestone/pearl combination that reminds me of waves at the beach.  The image is from Scribbles by Sandy and has been coloured with copic markers B29, R29 and R27 with the addition of E08 as sand.  The matting is red and blue cardstock.

  2. Oh wow Suze, this is just wonderful. I agree, the spray of rhinestones does look kind of wavy. Love how you've worked in your nation's colours. Thanks so much for entering your card into the Scribbles Designs Challenge. It is always nice to see your lovely work there.
