Stars and Stripes and Ice-cream

I couldn't think of a post title so just looked at the card and wrote down the first thing that came to me!

I have used a starry paper from my stash - it was originally a scrapbook paper.  The striped paper is one from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles.  The image is from Digi Darla and the sentiment from Create with TLC.  Colouring is with copic markers.  Matting is red paper from a scrap paper pack.
