I have used four papers from the paper pad called Santa Claus by MME.  The image is from Nutcrafters and is called Pudding Balloon.  I have coloured the image with copic markers and then added Stickles - Candy Cane, Crystal and Frosted Lace.

The embossing folder is called Adagio by Craft Creations.  I have added three gold brads where the notes are and then two green rhinestone flowers.
