Tropical Christmas

Although we have Christmas in summer, it is not quite as tropical as this!  However, I tend to be drawn to these images!

I am entering my card into these challenges:
From The Heart Stamps - Sketch # 059
http://fromtheheartstamps.com/community/2014/03/24/i-heart-card-sketches-w-a-twist-no-59/
CHNC - Patterned Paper - March
http://craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/craftyhazelnuts-patterned-paper-march.html

I have used two papers from Kaisercraft - Paradiso.  The background and circle have been cut from one of the pages.  The rectangles are all cut from the second page (which actually consisted of 12 of these rectangles so I have another 8 I can use on other projects).  I used an image from From The Heart Stamps which I coloured with copic markers.  I used the broad end of the copic marker B000 for the sky to give that drifty cloud like look.  I have added a flower shaped bead as an embellishment.

Here is the sketch that I followed:

I opted not to use the twist this time.
