I got my Distress Oxides out and have a play.

I have used four colours of Distress Oxides to create the background.  The image is from Gecko Galz.  I added some Kindy Glitz and Wink Of Stella to the image.  I also added some glitter ribbon and glitter domes and glitter stars.
