Tiffany in Costume

A costume themed card:

I have used a couple of papers from Kaisercraft for this card - die-cutting one with a Spellbinders Pennant die.  The image is from Milk Coffee and has been die-cut using a Nellie Snellen die.  The colouring is with copic markers and Stickles - Star Dust.  I have also added some bling from Sullivans.
