Happy Birthday To A Very Special Person

I've had this image printed out and coloured for some time and it has been waiting to be made into a card.  I was inspired by a sketch to actually complete a card:

I have used a paper and a sentiment tag from a paper pad.  The image is from Lemon Shortbread and coloured with copic markers and Wink Of Stella.  I added some organza ribbon.
