A lovely bright summery card to cheer up a day with miserable weather (it IS winter tho!)

I have used a glitter cardstock by DCWV and one from Lemon Flowers Matstack also by DCWV.  The image is Girl Greeting from Milk Coffee, coloured with copic markers and die-cut with a Spellbinders rectangle die (as has the large green paper).  The ribbon is a grosgrain ribbon from American Crafts.
