I have used glitter cardstock from DCWV and one from Lemon Flowers Matstack also by DCWV.  The image is from Doodle Dragon Studios and has been coloured with copic markers with a hand written Thank You added.  The ribbon is a satin one from American Crafts.

I'm hoping my handwritten sentiment counts for Sentimental Sundays as the image itself is digital!
