Thank You Teacher

Another Thank You card for a teacher - with more of a masculine feel to the card.  Now, I probably need to explain the addition of Christmas trees on this card.  Our school year differs from countries in the Northern Hemisphere in that it runs the calendar year.  The end of our school year is in December so we tend to combine Thank You and Christmas cards for the teachers of our children - both in school and at out of school activities.  My children then take a break - school starts back in February with some sports and cultural activities starting in January and the rest starting when school starts back.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Papertake Weekly Challenge - Sketch #86

Meljens Designs - Black It Out

Jingle Belles - Thank You

I'm not sure whether my card quite fits the Jingle Belles challenge as it did say to "send out after the holidays" whereas as this will be given out before the holidays.  However, it is a Thank You and Christmas card in one, so I decided to upload it anyway!

I have used a black card blank.  The papers are from a Christmas paper pad by MME.  The image is from Meljens Designs Studio and coloured with copic markers.  I have also added some red and green buttons from my Mum's button box.
