When I first read through the instructions for this card, they sounded really complicated. I wasn't sure that I would have the patience to create the card. I decided to give it a go anyway and found it wasn't anywhere near as hard as I had anticipated.

I have used all elements for the challenge although I don't have much of the sea green. I had to change my original plan as the background paper looked more Steel Gray than Steel Blue!
The background papers are from Lozzy. I added two flower stickers to the front of the card. I added a large Steel Blue butterfly to the slide mechanism.
I followed the first tutorial for a Slide and Lock Card.
A full house indeed.I was surprised at how easy the card came together. The next challenge is a simple one but does require a lot of cutting. Gulp!! It will be a breeze. Thankyou for coming and spinning the butterfly wheel with me this week. Hugs Mrs A.
ReplyDeleteA stunning card Suze - I too was rather intimidated by the design of the card and didn't try - limited time had an element to my decision too.
