Life Looks Better Under Water

I thought she had a very unamused expression on her face so went with this sentiment.  She is not impressed to be above the water.

I have used a paper, 2 borders and a sentiment from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Elena Zinski Art and is the Progressive Freebie image from The Outlawz Challenge.  Colouring is with copic markers.
